Internships
Position Description:
For this position, the intern’s major duties will include researching scientific studies pertinent to ESC’s ongoing projects, reviewing technical documents, participating in the compilation of comments for our clients, and performing administrative tasks pertaining to current projects. ESC also asks each intern to complete a research paper or other independent work, on a topic of interest to the intern and related to contaminated site remediation or other work underway at ESC.
Job Requirements:
At ESC, we recognize that interns are in a learning mode, often in an academic program, and acquiring new knowledge and skills. Interns are therefore required to hold a BS or BA degree or be enrolled to obtain a degree in a related field. The ability to use standard computer software and excellent English writing and speaking skills is also required. Interns are integral members of the ESC, LLC team and expected to keep regular hours and meet similar expectations as other ESC employees.
