Dupont Titanium Dioxide Plant
DeLisle, MS
ESC served as advisor for the Mississippi division of the Sierra Club, for which ESC president, Peter deFur, gave sworn testimony at State Permit hearings for the DuPont titanium dioxide plant in DeLisle, MS. According to EPA’s Toxic Release Inventory, this is currently the number one site in the country for release of dioxin-like compounds.
